Susan Farwell, founder of The Executive Communicator, is an internationally recognized coach, speaker, seminar leader, and facilitator. She has conducted seminars in Asia, Latin America, Canada, Europe, and the United States. She has coached teams and individuals from around the globe.
Since founding The Executive Communicator in 1994, Susan has worked with some of the world’s largest multinational firms across multiple industries. She has coached CEOs, investment bankers, scientists, entrepreneurs, artists, physicians, inventors, consultants, and motivational speakers. She has gained a reputation for being insightful and candid and for providing practical advice based on solid research.
Having spent over twenty years in the communications field, Susan has stayed abreast of industry trends and research, continuing her studies and earning certifications from Harvard Law School, The Executive Speaker and Psychological Associates. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Academy.
Susan has served in leadership positions at business and nonprofit organizations. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the American Society for Training and Development and the International Coach Federation and is a frequent conference speaker.
