Rhonda has expertise in preparing witnesses for depositions and testifying in court and before regulatory bodies. She has designed and delivered training in handling controversial issues and delivering difficult messages to clients, internal audiences, press, public and legal/regulatory bodies.

She holds Masters and Bachelor degrees in Speech Communication from the University of South Florida; Harvard Program on Public Disputes; and Myers-Briggs certification.
